Dependent care credit keeps showing "needs review"

In the federal tax break under the "dependent care credit" section. The status shows as "Needs review". I go through the review process and it still shows as "Needs review". I deleted the form 2441 and retried, but still see the same message as "Needs review".

Dependent care credit keeps showing "needs review"

@srikanth-madugun Okay---you are trying to get the childcare credit?   If you have not yet entered income from both spouses you cannot make any progress with that credit.   You have to enter W-2 income for each spouse or self-employment income that shows a net profit.

Yes, My W2 does have an amount in Box 10.

Then you need to complete the childcare credit section.   Your W-2 is showing pre-tax money that was used to pay for childcare.   You have to show the information regarding the childcare provider---with the provider's Social Security number or Tax ID --- and show how much you paid.

In the "Dependent Care Credit" I get the following screens

1. Child and Dependent Care Credit - I select Yes

2.  Tell us about you and your spouse - I select Yes

3. Tell me more about "my first name" and "my spouse first name" - I select continue.

It goes back to Federal tax deductions and credits page.

Dependent care credit keeps showing "needs review"

I do have the same problem, i.e. Form 2241 keep coming up. I tried deleting it many times. I don't have any dependent care benefit taken, my W2 also don't state any amount in box 10. I am kind of stuck without able to file.
