Why is my military discount as an E-4 in the military not being applied?

I used my W-2 information already and it is still trying to charge me $115. Last year the deluxe version was free for military members. What can I do different to fix this from charging me?

Deluxe is still free for E1-E5.  It should automatically be applied "Simply use your military W-2 to verify rank and your discount will be applied when you file."

This answer did not help. What seems to have happened it I got "upgraded" during the process and couldn't undue the upgrade. Starting over from scratch now 😕
