My Return Review prompts me to fill out a 1099-R. But I do not have or need one. I dont know why this is in my return.
The typical instructions for deleting a form say to search for the form name inside TurboTax (I assume that is the "Find" field at upper right), then select the "Jump to link" in the search results. But no "Jump To Link" appears. Instead, a "Top Questions" window opens, and leads back to the same instructions.
When I go to Summary, it does not show a 1099-R anywhere.
I go to the Forms tab at top, and select "Open Form," enter the form name. I click on Forms 1099-Summary, and click "delete form."
But when I return to Review, it insists on me filling out the form again. How do I get rid of the **bleep** thing??

In the forms mode, is there a 1099-R in the forms list in the left side? Select it and then use the delete form button.
Or in the interview mode, go to the 1099-R section and if a form is there - delete it.
