I'm getting the following message. I don't know what chapter payments are.

What happened

/ReturnState/ReturnDataState/FormPIT-RES/SectionD/ChapterSPayments - Data in the return is missing or invalid. Please double check your entries. The amount entered for chapter payments is missing information.

It is a good idea to first clear your cache and cookies - which means removing all of the temporary programs that can gum up your web browser. If that doesn't work, try using a different web browser.

You are probably better off having someone walk through the return with you to look at your entries so I recommend getting live expert help.

I am using the software on my Windows 11 desktop computer. I have called [phone number removed] and I have talked to two different people who were unable to help me. The last person referred me to this forum and assured me that I would get the help I needed.
