Deducting Mortgage Interest and Property Taxes as Joint Tenants

If my partner and I are unmarried and co-own a property as joint tenants, am I allowed to deduct 100% of the mortgage interest and property taxes on my tax return? This is assuming my partner will deduct 0% mortgage interest and property taxes on his tax return.
