Spouse passed away in 2018. I filed her "final" return with no issues. Employer paid her a bonus/incentive in 2019. I received a W2 for 2019 in her name. How do I file? Another joint return? An estate return? OR??

I'm sorry for your loss!
This income is referred to as income in respect of a decedent. This can be included in your return (assuming you are her beneficiary). You don't have to file a joint return.

I'm no the original poster, but my mother is the same situation, Is there a special place I should put the information, The income was given on a w2 with my fathers name and SSN, turbotax will not allow me to input these fields as my mother is now filing as single.
Should I edit the W2 to use my mothers information instead of my fathers?
No, you will enter as Other Reportable Income. For the description put Income In Respect of Decedent, and keep a copy with your tax records.
Go to
Federal Taxes -> Wages & Income -> Add More Income -> scroll to the bottom and under Less Common Income select Start (or Update) for Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C.... You'll find all sorts of other income categories in there. If none of those shown fit the bill then pick Other reportable income and you can enter your own description(s) and amount(s).
