I'm very sorry, I'm on the same boat trying to think of everything and anything to figure this out. I only have 3 transactions and yet this is taking hours with extremely limited information. Did you figure anything out?
If a CSV file is available, are you able generate a gain/loss report in IRS form 1099-B format? Are you able to convert the CSV file to PDF format? A PDF file may be uploaded into TurboTax Online and IRS form 1099-B income reported by Sales section total. As an alternative, the Sales section total may be reported and a printed version of IRS form 1099-B may be mailed to the IRS after electronic filing.
