Just purchased 2023 Home & Business from Costco yesterday, CD from the store, not a download. Installed on Windows desktop today. On trying to open turbotax, have to sign in to account, that is fine, but when entering License Code, I get message "License Code has already been linked to another account".
Please help.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for contacting support - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/turbotax-phone-number...

I think you should go back to Costco before you try to contact TurboTax support. It's possible that someone else bought the CD, installed it, then returned it to Costco, and Costco put the returned product back in stock. That does happen. See if Costco will let you exchange it for another copy.
Hello,
This exact issue happened to me, except I purchased the business version from Office Depot. The package was professionally sealed - no tampering at all, yet I received this message.
I just spoke to Intuit customer service from the number provided in the below response (THANK YOU BTW), it is unbearably hard to locate the correct number to get support.
The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and empathetic. She shared that I will receive a refund code via email.
Now unfortunately, I have to go purchase another CD and hope the code has not been used.
Hope this helps others and helps Intuit find the problem why the codes are already used.
Carry On... 🙂
I should have updated that my issue was resolved. We returned it to Costco who gave up another one, and that new one worked just fine. So, not out any money, just the inconvenience of having to go back to a store. But all is well, taxes done and mailed in. 🐵
