Cost to E-file State Tax Return misleading

Turbotax clearly stated within the program that the cost for my state return would be reduced to $20. However, when I get to the screen where my card is charged, it's $25. What gives, Turbotax?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
