Cost segregation study for a rental property

Hello, 

I need assistance entering information from across segregation study I had completed for a rental property using TurboTax home and Business desktop

Cost segregation, which TurboTax does not support, a method that requires retroactive changes to assets previously reported on filed tax returns. This is a complicated procedure that should be done with the advice of an experienced tax professional.

 

You may consider upgrading to TurboTax Live, an online service that provides step-by-step guidance from a tax expert whenever you need assistance, either over the phone or by screensharing.

Hi, thank you very much for the response. I have reached out twice TurboTax live however, I have not been able to get contact with a expert who is familiar with cost segregation is there a way for me to request and specific expert on TurboTax live?
