Correcting NJ State Interest and Dividend Income Worksheet - dividend entries in error

I am filing a NJ-1040NR and have entries showing up in the Dividend Income table that I have not entered.

I've double checked the Federal Schedule B and Form 1099-DIV forms to confirm these were not entered and also are not from tax exempt bonds.

How can I figure out where these entries are coming from and how can I correct them?
