I was working on my taxes and, got to a stopping point. I logged back in a day later and it is now it always says "welcome back to another year" with no progress visible nor, is there any options available. I've tried to call, clear cache, clean the disk, clear browsing history, nothing works. I'm trying not go to another site.

Possibilities and solutions.

• The most likely explanation is that you have another TurboTax account. It is easy to make a new one by mistake. 
  • The Fix:  Try to recover your account. Enter your email and see if it sends you a list of multiple usernames. See this article.
  • What to look for: If it does, log into each one. Your progress is likely sitting in one of the other IDs.
• Landing on the 2024 year by default
  • The Fix: Look for a sidebar or menu button labeled "Tax Home" or "My Taxes."
  • Scroll Down: On the main dashboard, scroll all the way to the bottom. Look for a section titled "Your tax returns & documents." Often, you have to click a "2025" folder or "Continue where I left off" link that is hidden below the fold.
• Snag from update  - you may have been saving your return at just the wrong moment so your return goes to a glitch.
  • The Fix: If you can see any menu at all, try clicking on "Federal" or "Personal Info" directly rather than clicking the big "Continue" button. This can sometimes force the software to skip the glitched landing page and load your actual data.
• Another possibility is to select to start a return, select your version, and the program may decide you have one in progress.
