Complete my 2018 taxes.

I purchased the quickbooks /turbotax self employed bundle.  Im attempting to complete my 2018 taxes and it says I " have no downloads"and attempts to charge me $119.00.  Its my understanding that I do not need PLUS either... why cant i complete my return?

The Quickbooks/Self-Employed bundle can only be used with the TurboTax online edition of Self-Employed.  The TurboTax online editions for tax year 2018 are permanently closed.

You can ask TT support if they will push you a downloaded version since you have the QBSE however don't count on it ...
