I paid for the "Expert Assistance Premium" service. The Turbotax agents provided information on two significant points that was completely incorrect. With the help of ChatGPT, I figured out how to correct the bad advice. So I paid a premium price for assistance that, if I had acquiesced, would have cost me many hundreds of dollars.
