Clicking Pencil Icon Doesn't Work

Under TurboTax Premium "Self-employment income and expenses", I can't add my expenses. When I click the pencil icon for ANYTHING on this page, it just refreshes the page. Browser is Chrome (latest version), OS is MacOS, and I already tried clearing cache, using a different browser, etc. Please help.

Clicking Pencil Icon Doesn't Work

Take the following steps to add your advertising expenses

Hit the trash can next to the pencil to delete the Advertising expenses
Sign out of TurboTax
Clear Cache and Cookies
Reboot your MAC
Sign back into your TurboTax account
Re-select Advertising expenses
Walk through and enter your Advertising expenses.
