See the TurboTax FAQ below for scheduling a call with your TurboTax Live contact.   TurboTax Live isn't a "chat" room, where an expert is always available.  But you can and should schedule a call for assistance from an expert.

This is a user-to-user forum - not chat.

We are other TurboTax users that offer help on tax questings and this forum has nothing to do with TurboTax Live that has its own phone support.  Nobody here has any connection to TurboTax live or can help with that.
