Box 14 on W2 says PUCC $720. This is imputed wage income based on m company car. Which item from the drop down box should I select regarding this?

There are several choices on the drop down box and I don't recognize any of them as imputed wages for car

Choose Other - not on above list.

Employers are free to enter anything they want in box 14 and there are no standards for the entries they make. They are totally arbitrary. Most entries in box 14 of a Form W-2 are for information only and are not used by the program.

The amount in box 14 has already been included in box 1 of your W-2.  You do not need to do anything else.
