Almost completed Fed and State Taxes. When reviewing tax entries .. Getting 2 prompts for "check this entry". Both say "Form W-2 (untitled) : Employer zip should be entered". Then have a box to enter employer zip.
The problem: We are retired and don't have w-2 forms (earned income) and haven't had W-2's for years. So, I'm being asked to enter a zip code for a non existent Employer. WTH? Have no idea why I'm getting this prompt. Thanks
Delete the W-2
Enter w-2 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to w-2
