I purchased Turbo tax " Home and Business"  and should have received a free State filing.  I did have to file with two states, though one of them should have been free.  I paid the fee as instructed since I wanted to complete my taxes, though would like to be refunded for the one state filing.

Sorry you don't get a free state efile.  You got one free state program download.  Then if you needed to file in a different state you have to buy a second state program.

Then it is 19.99 (24.99 March 1) to efile EACH state return including the first one.  Or you can print and mail state for free.

When you purchase the TurboTax desktop edition of Home & Business you receive one free state program download included in the purchase price.  This does Not include a free state e-filing.  The e-file charge is currently $24.99 to e-file each state tax return.  This charge can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.
