Haven't finished my taxes but was charged $435 for products. Turbo tax says I may not get a refund and I can't get ahold of a human to even discuss this. Any help?

We cannot see what software you are using. Are you using one of the "Live" versions that includes one on one expert help? Or did you choose a lot of "add-on" features?

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons:

I used the online premium version. I made a refund request and was denied because I didn't use the CD version of Turbo Tax. The email sent to me also stated I'm not supposed to be charged until after I file my taxes and yet I was still charged and denied the refund.

To request a refund or cancellation of the TurboTax online account fees you have to contact TurboTax support for assistance. Use the key words Billing Issue

I did. They basically said there's nothing they can do.
Not to mention I didn't even choose Premium and wasn't allowed to change it or told how much its was going to cost until the end. This is straight up robbery. You can't say I won't be charged until I file my taxes and then charge me.
