You will need to contact TurboTax support if the program is not giving you the military discount in the File section of the program. They will be able to make sure that you get the discount.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. Use the key words billing issues.
Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -
Note: The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.
To get the military discount you have to do 2 things ... in the Personal info tab indicate you are active duty military and complete that section to indicate your rank ... and in the W-2 section you have to complete the follow up screens to indicate it was a military W-2.
