Those estimated tax forms are only for you, to help you make the any estimated tax payments for 2025.; they are not part of your tax filing for 2024. If your 2024 refund covers the self-employment taxes, which is what it sounds like with the original indication of zero estimated taxes due, then you can return to the "Other Tax Situations" interview section and eliminate the estimated tax entries there. You can also delete the 1040-ES and any quarterly vouchers (see below for steps).
1. Select "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
2. Select "Tools"
3. Select "Delete a Form"
4. Find the Estimated Taxes (1040-ES) and any vouchers or worksheets
5. "Delete"
6. "Confirm Deletion"
