change turbotax subscription from cd to download

My subscription is for TurboTax CD and I would like to switch it to download as my computer doesn't take CDs. I can't find the option to do that.  Thanks.

Thanks, but that's for after you receive the CD. I have a yearly subscription and will receive everything automatically and need to change it this year, before they send it, from the CD to download.

Last year, after receiving the CD, I found those instructions. If you've received the CD, though, you are not given the option to "get downloads." I found instructions elsewhere where it said you had to call Intuit so that they could change things on their end to allow the download for that product. That's how I did it last year. I'm trying to avoid all of that by just getting the download ordered. I'm thinking I may just have to cancel the subscription and re-select the product.

It is too late to make the change for the 2022 program so you can update your advantage account for next year.

When you get the CD you will have the options to download the program instead ... simply follow the instructions included with the CD.
