Thanks, but that's for after you receive the CD. I have a yearly subscription and will receive everything automatically and need to change it this year, before they send it, from the CD to download.
Last year, after receiving the CD, I found those instructions. If you've received the CD, though, you are not given the option to "get downloads." I found instructions elsewhere where it said you had to call Intuit so that they could change things on their end to allow the download for that product. That's how I did it last year. I'm trying to avoid all of that by just getting the download ordered. I'm thinking I may just have to cancel the subscription and re-select the product.
