I don't understand you can't get a cash advance but you can get it with other places this doesn't make sense why did you tell me you could get that and then after it's done you can't get it I need to know what's up with my taxes anyways

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

@hollymadison You posted a comment about cash advances to an old thread that has had no activity since 2022.  TurboTax's refund loan program ended at the end of February----so whatever you saw was out of date.
