My carryover credit from previous years which I have been slowly recouping annually on my taxes is not showing up. I am getting a "Yay you have $xx.oo credit and your new carryover amount is..." and it gives the amount, but when I go to next screen it says revisit. It is not being calculated. I have spoken to help support 5 times and they cannot help me. They said I have to upgrade to talk to a professional even though this appears to be a software issue. - Using Premium which is not listed in the drop down.

The 'Revisit' doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong. Sometimes it means you didn't go completely through the section in the interview.
To view your return in TurboTax Online, in the left-side menu go to Tax Tools > Tools, then choose 'View Tax Summary' from the popup window.
Then back at the left-side menu, click on 'Preview My 1040'. You'll be able to scroll through your return to see if your carryover credit has been added.
If not, you should clear your Cache and Cookies and step through the interview again.
The option to view the actual tax documents is no longer available. The sum has shown in previous years, so I feel fairly confident it’s a software issue. However, customer service (who agrees) says they can’t help me with software bugs & gave me 20% off discount to hire an expert. So annoying!
