cant get into my TurboTax file forgot password and wont give me security questions

Is it a password-protected data file in desktop software, or are you referring to logging into your online TurboTax account?

If a tax data file in desktop software, Windows or Mac?

If you are referring to opening a password-protected data file, here's a FAQ that may help.   If you are using a Mac, it's trickier, since it depends on whether you encrypted it with keychain access or not.  If  using Mac and encrypted the file with keychain access, it does not use security question.   See this FAQ for more info:
