Cant enter me enter my w2

I purchased Turbo tax 2021 from Amazon. It downloaded fine but when I started my taxes it somehow skipped my W2 info section and now it wont let me get back to that section to enter it. I tried restarting it and going into the "wages and income" section, then to "choose what I want to work on" and when I try going into "update" my W2 for 2021 the page doesn't load. The page stays blank and I'm unable to enter my wages

Have you tried deleting the W-2 and then re-entering it?

How do I delete a W-2?

Yes delete and recreate didn't work.

I am finally able to figure this out.

There seems to be a bug in TurboTax when you add the EIN number its seems to be coded to call the web service for import and keeps failing.

The workaround is to do not enter the EIN number and click continue. Then it opens up the manual entry form.

Hope this helps future customers.

Turbo Tax should fix this issue..
