Cannot open the 2024 TurboTax Program to fix

After the most recent update to the program, I cannot open it as it looks for the Activation Key. When I type it in, it says there is a problem with it and will not open! What can I do?

I have loss in a partnership on a K1. I do have basis on this investment (which is less than loss). I want to deduct up to my basis. Where to enter this in TurboTax?
