Cannot download state product in TurboTax Home & Business 2022 for Mac

I purchased and downloaded TurboTax Home & Business 2022 for Mac. The software seems to be working fine. However, I am running into problems when I attempt to download the state product within TurboTax 2022. When I click on the download button next to "OH Not Installed" in TurboTax 2022, it asks me to choose the state I want to download. I click on Ohio and "Next" then I get a screen that says "Let's download your Ohio state product". When I click "Continue" it shows a blank white screen. The only button shown is "Close" in the bottom right corner. I cannot find a way to download the state product.

I have tried downloading the state product in TurboTax 2022 several times with no success. I have also tried reinstalling TurboTax 2022, but that doesn't seem to help either. I keep getting the blank white screen when I attempt to download the state product. I need a way to download the state product so that I can complete my state tax return. Please advise.

Please try to follow the instructions here to get past the loop you are currently in.

These instructions will not work. I am using TurboTax Home & Business 2022 for Mac and the TTCleanStates.exe file that these instructions suggest one download can only be used on a PC.

Here is a screenshot of the blank white screen that appears when I attempt to download the Ohio state product in TurboTax Home & Business 2022 for Mac. Please advise if you have a fix for this bug in the software, or if there's an alternate way to download the state product other than within the software itself.

For anyone who may be encountering the same bug in the software: Ultimately, you may need to contact customer service (and spend 45 minutes on the phone like I just did) to explain the problem and get a link sent to you via email to download the state product.

This suggestion won't help. The problem is there's a bug in the software that won't allow one to download it. Again, if you're having this issue, I would advise contacting customer service so they can email you a link to download the state product.

I could't download state to complete 2022 tax return.   Never had a problem in the last decade with state download TT. Came here to search for an answer but was disappointed to see the frustration.   This is what I did and it worked!   

1. I closed the TT program.  
2. Re-opened and registered the product ( I normally do not registered except for the first couple of years).
3. Went to download my state at the end of federal review.
4. Selected my state and it downloaded!!

It worked! I force quit the application and then reopened it and went to the menu tab labeled as TURBOTAX and clicked on Download state
