How can I go back to "file with tax expert help"  instead of "file live".   I click on Tax Expert Live last Friday -- no one has called me yet.   I was assigned Janette as my tax expert and she IM me that she was going to call me yesterday at 7:00 p.m. but never did.  I  IM her yesterday and again today and still no response so at this point I want to "cancel" my live feature -- but I don't see any of the options that was mentioned below as to how to do this.   I see step 1 and step 2 with the documents I uploaded and then just see the screen to IM Janette who doesn't answer. but no way to get back where I can just file myself (I had it all done previously and at this point I just the Deluxe version to have  someone to review it instead of filing it since I didn't think it would take this long get ahold of a live person)
