"Can you just say yes or no if my federal and state addresses and everything are mended"
No. No one can just tell you yes or no about anything since we cannot see your screen, your tax return or your account. We do not know if you e-filed a tax return or if you printed and mailed one. Or even if you prepared a return. You are the only one who can access your do-it-yourself tax return and your account.
In order to e-file your tax return you had to go through all the steps of the FILE section and click a big orange button that says "Transmit my returns now." Did you do that? If you did not do that, then you did not e-file. Your other option would have been to print, sign and mail the tax return in an envelope. Did you do that? If you did not do either of those things then your tax return has not been filed.
If you did try to e-file, then you need to check to see if your return was accepted by the IRS. Use this tool to see if it was accepted:

If it says the return was accepted then you are done filing and have to wait for the returns to be processed by the IRS and the state (if you filed a state return).

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
The IRS can look at your 2018 or 2019 return to issue a stimulus check. If they do not have a 2018 return then you may be waiting for them to finish processing 2019 before they will be able to use it to issue your stimulus check.
TurboTax has no control over your stimulus check, nor can TT track it for you or tell you when the IRS will issue it. Refer to the sites linked below:

Some of your post is very confusing---you have either used the wrong spelling or wrong terms, ( "my state brexit menendez" ) and we do not know if you tried to amend your tax return, or what you did in order to accomplish that if you did. We do not know what you are trying to prevent from next year--that makes no sense.
