Can you help me figure out what additional forms I am being requested to send? even when both refunds have been accepted?

My state and federal refund have been accepted. I have received my federal refund. However, I have yet to receive my Wisconsin refund as they are asking for additional forms to be sent in. Ive never been asked to do this before so I am wondering if I messed something up in my return? I am having trouble figuring out which forms exactly they are expecting me to send in as well.

Did they send you a letter?  What are they specifically asking for?

This is the email I received but I’m not sure where I find out the forms they are needing in the electronic filing instructions? I’m not even sure where that is.

It says under "To find out exactly which form(s) need to be mailed in", it says to check the electronic filing instructions included with your printed return.
