Can turbotax deluxe be loaded on more than one laptop

You posted your question from online Deluxe.  Are you actually using the CD/download?   If you have the CD/download you are allowed to download the software to up to five computers that are owned by YOU--not by other people.   And they all must be linked to your own TT account.

If you are referring to the TurboTax desktop CD/Download edition, the software can be installed on up to 5 computers that you own.  You have to use your TurboTax account for the license code on each computer that you install the software.

sure. Desktop Deluxe can be loaded on more than one computer, however, the terms are that it's for one user. Regardless of how many you load it on you will only be able to e-file 5 returns. This limitation is imposed by the IRS not Turbotax.  even buying a second copy will not allow more than 5 e-files.
