Hello! I am done doing tax info including for 1310 for my father, putting myself as "beneficiary" included date of death and that I was doing this for a deceased person. However, from my understanding, I'm supposed to sign his tax return with my name and Turbo Tax does not let me complete the filling unless it matches my father's name. Is it okay to sign it as his name or was there something I did wrong while using TurboTax? Thank you!
You print and sign the return in ink according to IRS instructions, with your name as personal representative for the deceased name. And mail it.
Suggest that you read IRS Pub 559 (Survivors, Executors, and Administrators) for a lot of good information about filing the final return and estate return and other requirements and how to sign.

if you are filing Form 1310
separately. If the original return was filed electronically, mail
Form 1310 to the Internal Revenue Service Center designated
for the address shown on Form 1310 above. See the
instructions for the original return for the address.
you send it to the address you would have sent the return had you mailed it in.
