Can't open TurboTax program. Successfully downloaded software then it prompted to upgrade but it won't let me go any further

Downloaded critical updates 3 times and it just keeps giving me the prompt

You may need to clear your browser's cache and delete the cookies stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.

Yeah, none of that worked.  The stupid program won't even up.  It crashes on start up and I've reloaded it a couple of times.
