Can't install on my laptop? I have enough memory!!

How do i get passed the message that my PC doesn't have enough memory when i know it does. Researched online and found that one show "update" the software. I cant do that either if it doesn't even allow me to download it properly?

i purchased the download already and have the product key. when i go to install it I don't see where i can put in code to upload it
