Contact FedEx Human Resources and they should provide you the 2022 W-2 or how to access the W-2 online.

In the U.S., the phone number is 1.866. 42. FedEx (1.866. 423.3339).

What is form CF-1040. I don't know where it is generated from but it is asking for an employer ID for scholarships and grants which does not make sense.
