I was trying to setup Turbotax on Macbook Pro -- the installer was fine, and it checked for updates.
All good, but after I entered the license key in the dialogue box, it just sits there. The only button to click on is "cancel" -- no other way to complete the activation. How can I proceed forward ?
I bought the software from Intuit online.

If the screenshot you posted is the entire screen you see then you need to adjust the screen size because the continue button if off the screen to the right.
It seems to be more common in folks who are using newer laptops with high-resolution displays. Lowering the screen resolution and scaling setting works for some, but obviously did not work for you.
Here's a FAQ:
Thanks much for quick response. The screenshot is not the whole screen however -- it is just the dialogue box portion cropped out. I did muck around with the screen resolutions and it didn't get me anywhere. Any particular resolution you suggest?
1) please come back and EDIT your post...to remove some of the characters in your screenshot....someone may steal your activation code. (the entire world can see this)
2) I'm wondering if you have, and are using the most recent MAC OS.....as a wild guess, we've seen this before where I think TTX does not always update their older software to allow it to work on the newest MAC OS that comes out a couple years down the line. Post here what MAC OS you are using and maybe one of our MAC people will know if 2021 works with it (if they have that particular new OS version).
3) Could always try Customer Support, M-F during normal work hours:
What is the TurboTax phone number? (intuit.com)
I had this exact problem: newer computer, older Turbotax, on a Mac Powerbook. The dialog box was cut off on the right and button was not showing. Go to System Settings and choose Accessibility, select the Keyboard Settings button and choose Keyboard Navigation. The button will appear so you can enter the license key. Good luck!
