Can't access forms within Turbotax 2024/MacOS Premium

Downloaded in January, installed updates as requested (02/05/24).  Forms icon is greyed out as is Forms pulldown menu.  I've deleted the app and re-downloaded, reinstalled--no go.  On a MacBook Pro, Sequoia 15.3 OS. Any suggestions?

Solved my problem by installing Turbotax on a second MacBook and re-entering all my data.  Forms accessible. Then deleted original return on MacBook 1 and loaded new return file from Icloud, which did not have the problem.  Apparently original return file was corrupted somehow.  So, whatever...

The link you provided is for Windows/I'm on MacOS.  I "fixed the problem" as mentioned in my second post by installing TurboTax on a second computer and re-entering all my data.

I may have had the "same" problem. The answer I'm about to give I wish I'd seen somewhere. That's why I'm posting it here.

TurboTax is open and one can see the menu bar at the top of the screen. One menu item is "Forms." That's where I looked to attempt to reach individual forms. All items in the drop-down menu were grey (inactive). As a result, I wasn't able to fix form errors and e-file, but that's another story.

Hours of trial-and-error passed until I clicked the "View" menu. That's where I saw "Go to Forms." Eureka! All my problems were solved. I could reach any form. I fixed a few form problems and was able to e-file.

And I'm living happily ever after.
