Can someone tell me how to apply the country when billing?

I am being forced to pay for deluxe and on the app as well as the computer it won't let me list any country for the billing address.

Can someone tell me how to apply the country when billing?

You will not be able to pay for using TurboTax unless you have a U.S. based debit or credit card.
