Can someone help , its saying nobody is available during the hours that are provided to be available who do I contact?

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

Can someone help me understand why they are trying to charge me for the plus when I didn't get the plus obviously because I can't get in touch with anyone to correct this issue? What should I do? I selected the free file like I do every year.

@jfullen2030 If you have not e-filed yet you can remove PLUS.

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons     (BEFORE you e-file) :

• Remove Premium Services
• Remove MAX Defend & Restore
• Remove a state
• Remove PLUS Help & Support
• Remove Pay With Your Refund
