I'm a Sole Proprietor and files a Schedule C. I've always filed the Schedule C along with my personal taxes (married filing jointly). Can I file my Schedule C separately from my personal taxes? If so, do I need to enter in my personal information (You & Your Family section)?

No. Schedule C is part of your personal 1040 return. Your business is a disregarded entity and is yours personally.
Thanks for clarification!
