Can I use TurboTax to file and send a 1099 NEC to a vendor that I paid last year?

I am not asking about receiving a 1099, I am asking about sending one to a vendor I paid last year.

Yes, depending on the  version of TurboTax you are using.  You can use TurboTax Business or the Quick Employee forms send your 1099.  To use Quick Employee forms you will follow these steps:

1. Sign in to TurboTax Business and start or continue your return.
2. Select Tax Tools from the menu, then select Employer forms.
3. On the Go to Quick Employer Forms screen, select Continue.
4. Quick Employer Forms will open in a new window.
