No. Even if you go to your TT account and change your address in your account that information will not go to the IRS now. Information only goes from TT to the IRS on your tax return. The address on the tax return you filed is the one the IRS has. If your address has changed since you filed your 2020 return you can send a change of address to the IRS, but expect it to take weeks before they actually process the change. Make sure you are having the post office forward your mail.

Generally, once your federal tax return has been filed and accepted at IRS you cannot make any changes on it. If it is rejected, then you can make those changes before re-transmitting an electronically filed return. If it is paper filed, then IRS will process it as received, unless they return it to you for correction.
You can update your home address for IRS records using Form 8822.
Form 8822 is available on irs.gov as a "fill-in form". To use it, you would either fill it out online and then print it or print it and manually fill-it in and then mail to IRS at the applicable address listed on page 2 of the Form 8822.
