Can I move past the State taxes section on the Third-Party sick pay section if my husbands employer left Box 15 and Employer's state ID number blank?

You don't need to enter anything in box 15 or the box for your state ID number if there was nothing there on your W-2 from. When you complete your state tax return, assuming you have that for the state you live or work in, just make sure your income from the W-2 is properly reflected on it. You can see a summary of your state income taxes while working on your state tax return in TurboTax by following these instructions:

1. Click on Tax Tools in the left menu bar
2. Click on Tools
3. Look under Other Helpful links….
4. Choose View Tax Summary
