You probably have an Advantage subscription  to receive the software each tax year.  The charge equates to the TurboTax Business Edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

Sign onto your Advantage account to verify your choice of software or to cancel the subscription  - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage

First, here's to stop your Advantage membership (annual subscription):

And here's an online refund request form.  Submit it within 60 days of having received your product.

If you have any problems with the refund form, here's how to reach TurboTax Support by phone:

If you are an Advantage member, log into your Advantage account and scroll down past the FAQ links.  Near the bottom of the page you should find a special Advantage phone number to directly contact Customer Support.

If you are not an Advantage member, use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.
