Can I file only my state taxes at this time?

The federal and state tax returns have to be e-filed at the same time.  Or the state tax return can be e-filed after the federal tax return has been e-filed and accepted by the IRS.  If the federal return has not been e-filed, then the state return cannot be e-filed but can only be printed and mailed.
