Can I file electronic for the first time an SP-2021 Multnomah/Portland business tax? Line 19 is giving an error and I can not file

When I zero line 19, the application is telling me I have to file by mail. I prefer to file electronic.

No you cannot e-file using that form. If you click here, you will see it is not supported for e-file.

Thank you!. Is there a way to still electronically file the state tax, and send the city form by mail?

Typically, the TurboTax program would show you your filing options regarding which returns can be e-filed etc. Since we are not able to see your screen in this public forum, TurboTax Customer Support would be able to provide clarification for you.
