My daughter is away at college and is enrolled in job corp in Oregon. I live in Washington. She is 23 yrs old and received financial aid for college, it was enough to cover her tuition but not her books and other things needed for college. Job Corp and I helped her cover her books and other things she was required to have for her classes. I send her about $400 a month to help with her living expenses and other necessities. Can I still claim her as a dependent and do I have to report her Job Corp earnings ($600 a year) & her financial aid on my taxes?

If your daughter only made $1000 in income (or less )with no withholding, there is no benefit or requirement for her to file. You also would not put her INCOME on your return.
Your daughter probably qualifies as your dependent this year. As such you might benefit from claiming her education costs( less any scholarships etc) on your tax return. Did she receive a Form 1098-T from her school? Attached is a link to IRS pub 970 which contains information about education benefits and credits available, and how to claim them

First , your daughter is responsible for filing her own tax return and reporting her income etc.
Your daughter probably qualifies as your dependent this year. The rules set out by the IRS are:
Is she a citizen or resident of the US?
Are you the only person claiming her as a dependent?
Is she filing a joint return with a spouse?
s she under age 19 or, if a full-time student, under age 24.
Does she live with you EXCEPT when away at school
and do you support your daughter by providing over half of her support -even if she has a job.
A reminder-If you claim her, she cannot claim an exemption for her self on her tax return
